Hiding Top Area in Mobile

Permalink Browser Info Environment
The top area does not show up in Mobile when there is nothing added; however I have a stack on each side. Both do not show up, however, the white space that they were in stays. See Screenshot.

Top Menu are wrapped into 2 div.hidden-xs (check attached screenshot) which means it hide on xs devices. You should check where did you put these tags? Maybe at the "Manual Nav" or "Page List" template used at topbar.
