Increase logo in header without increasing header dimensions

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
We would like to increase the size of the logo without increasing the dimensions of the header. We understand the current process is, increase the sizeof the logo and the header increases in height. How can we keep the header dimensions as is and increase the logo to fill the current space? Please see attached image. We would like to almost double the current logo size while keeping the same white header dimensions. Can this be done? If so can you please tell me how?
Thanks,
Craig

As I see, your current logo file has plenty of empty space at the top and bottom. Removing the extra space should lead to bigger logo appearance in the header area.
