Losing nav bar when

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
Still learning how to use Pixel 2 so maybe I have made one experimental change too many! I I am now losing the Pixel logo and nav bar section above the top of the window when I scroll down the page. I have looked at all of the changes I made and returned them to default settings but I still have the problem. Any idea how I can get this back to normal? Thanks, Tutta

Hi shahroq,
Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay. I was up against a time deadline to produce a website. To be frank, I have had endless problems with the stability of Pixel 2 and concrete5 and have had to abandon the whole idea of using both.

The problem started the first time I loaded Pixel 2. I got a memory error message, then another, then it loaded some but not all pages. I then increased the memory in the PHP.ini file to 500MB and eventually it loaded the whole theme.

Started to make my changes and again got memory error messages. I decided to reinstall concrete5 and start from scratch. This started off ok and eventually the error messages would come. Or I had a problem with the scrolling. I re-installed concrete5 and increased the memory a total of 5 times. The last time I got the usual memory error and it failed to load Pixel2 at all, even with a totally fresh install of concrete5 and a new database.

I was losing sleep wondering if I would be able to get this ~?&*# website up and running. So I abandoned the whole thing, went back to Dreamhost and installed Wordpress. Such a shame as Pixel 2 is a great theme otherwise. WP worked like a dream, not a single crash in two weeks and I am ready to go live next week.

I do not have evidence of a long narrative of conversations with your support team about my problems so I don't hold out much hope of a refund. But, believe me I would not have abandoned concrete5/Pixel2 without very good reason given my time constraints. If you are up for it, say we split the fee I paid for the theme 50:50 and you guys have a beer on me?
