Not possible to use or edit the new installation

Hello,
I had permanent problems with an other theme and I changed with your super proposal ! But it does not work..installation is ok but not possible to edit a block or to ad a block... not possible to change the Mp4 on Home 1 for ex. Sometimes a fonction works once and after nothing elese. ? I really want to get money back

Thank you for the very quick answer.
During your answer, I tried to load Concrete5 version 8.4.2 and reinstall Pixel2.
IT work now very properly, very nice.
I stay with this version ... thank you for help

Hello again,
The problem I had has nothing to do with the version of Concrete5... Nothing was working properly ...always difficulties to edit blocks, to publish the page, etc, etc. I tried with PHP 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3.. with cache or without.... always same difficulties !
Finally I looked in Apache configuration and I saw something related to "cache for images during 7 days". It was set to enable. I disabled this option and since EVERYTHING IS WORKING PERFECTLY. no problems at all. Pixel 2 is fantastic and Concrete5 is a beautiful tool.
