Parallax not scrolling

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi. Am I missing something but isn't a parallax background supposed to be moving along with the scrolling? I don't see any movement at all when I choose the parallax effect on my background. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Nice theme by the way!

Of course. Here it is.

The parallax effect is visible in the Whale Slider area, but not in the area where the price lists are.

Hi,
In parallax scrolling, the image should not move necessarily. It should move past the foreground and as I see it is working fine in your site. It's just like the sample we presented in our demo site.
