Just before I install it, I'd like to know if I have to make any change to the theme to make it work properly with secured a https website ? (e.g rewriting some http addresses to https in Pixel files)

The SSL configuration has nothing to do with your active theme. You should search in public forum. You will definitely find some guidelines on how to setup your site.
