Hi,
Did you install the theme with sample content?

I believe so, is there a way to double check?

When installed, the theme should create the almost exact copy of pages you see in demo site on your site.

It did not look really at all like the demo when I installed Pixel2. When I installed Pixel2, it looked like it took all the sample content from the free "elemental" core theme and applied the Pixel2 theme on top of it.

So you didn't install it with sample content. Install again and in the first step, it would ask you if you wanted to install with sample content.

Understood. Is it possible to back-up the work before I reinstall the theme so I don't loose any of the content I have created? Thank you for the quick replies, I appreciate the help.

The C5 installer clears all your content before installing. I recommend installing the theme on a clear version then start creating your pages. Or install it in a separate place and use it as a reference whenever you want to know how to use a block or create a new page.
