The theme does not support the RTL languages out of the box, though considering the fact that it predicated on bootstrap 3, it shouldn't be hard to come up with a corrective CSS override that changes the direction of the core bootstrap file. You might also find one in the GitHub if you search. And I also have seen some online convertor who do the job, not perfectly, but enough to set out the template.
