Team Members not displaying in mobile version

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello, I am using Member Grid 3 to display our team, which works fine on the desktop version, but in the mobile version it shows a message that "No 'Team Member' entries can be found". Can you tell me how to fix this?

Hi,
The mentioned block on demo site seems fine. I checked it on iPhone, iPad, and windows chrome browser in mobile view mode. Could you provide me live link in which you see the issue?

Sorry, I was mistaken. It's not displaying on the desktop or mobile version of the live site.http://silverspruce.ca/index.php/our-team...

Thanks!

No, the team members are NOT displaying on the live site. The message I posted that no entries can be found is showing on the desktop and mobile version; I can see the entries only when editing.

Did you insert any record into "Team Member" express entry in the dashboard? If so, I guess your problem should have something to do with your block settings.
If you couldn't figure out the issue, send me your site credentials via private msg and I will look into it.

Hi,
Your problem doesn't have anything to do with the special theme or template. As I checked it's a permission issue resulted from turning on advanced permission. You should give appropriate permission to "guests" (non-logged-in users) to view entries.
A quick search in forum guides me to this topic and it seems to me that it may solve your problem.

I just did what the topic suggested and it fixed your issue. Anyway, it may be good to be aware of what the problem was, in case you want to use other "entries" on your site.
Cheers,
