The built in theme design customize is missing
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi Pixel Team,
Thank you for an other great theme. Unfortunately the built in theme design customizer is missing. Please see screenshot. Do I miss something? I'm working with concrete5 for quite a while and I never had this issue...
Thanks
Bridget

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Yes I read the instructions :-) but I didn't realize that I have to do all the 'tiny' stuff like font sizes and font types through the .less file. The theme customizer just looked so tiny...Sorry!
Enjoy the weekend

Hi, one question.. I need the slider caption bg box transparent and not white. I tried to change it in style.css line 13618 from 0.9 to 0 but it didn't work. How can I do it ? Please see screenshot.
Thanks Bridget
Thanks Bridget
Hi,
You should change that on:
\packages\theme_pixel\themes\pixel\css\less\custom.less line: 40

Yes, I did the changes. My question is: Do I have to do the changes every time after a theme update (a bit uncomfortable) or is there any solution that the changes will stay the way I did it after an update?
Thanks again

Hi,
Yes, you can use built-in customize option. For doing this on home page click on "Cog" icon at top right section of toolbar, then select "Design" > "Customize" and on opened modal textarea paste this code:
and change the color/transparency. Then click on "Save Changes".

OK got this and I was also able to change the font size for the paragraph...
but I'm not a programmer :-( so I'm not able to put the following colour change (rgba(243, 0, 25, 0) into the page customize css:
packages / theme_pixel / themes / pixel / css / less / footer.less
Line: 9
#footer {
position: relative;
background-color: #EEE;
border-top: 5px solid rgba(243, 0, 25, 0);
}

You don't need to be a programmer, just follow the leads on provided screenshots attached to this reply.
Hi, thank you but I understand and I did it and it worked well ...
but I need to change the colour for the 'footer border top' too in rgba (243, 0, 25, 0) and I don't know the right code to put into the built-in custom css. Sorry for the chaos 'around me'. If it's possible for you just send me the right code and I will be fine.
I used this code but it didn't work :
#footer {
position: relative;
background-color: #EEE;
border-top: 5px solid rgba(243, 0, 25, 0);
}
