You can install theme with sample content, so all pages at the demo site will create for you.
About the mentioned page, it a page with "Header Type" attribute set to "Transparent", which as a result main navigation come over slider area. Also at the top bar it contains 2 blocks. One "Nestable Manual Nav" with "Pixel Top Bar" template, and a "Social Links" block with "Pixel Top Bar Icon" template.
