Updating from 1.4.1. to latest error (Class does not exist)

Hi, I'm trying to update the theme from 1.4.1. to the latest version, however I keep getting this error: (Class does not exist)

Can you provide me you site credential so i can check? You can send me that alongside with your hosting credentials via private msg so we update the theme to latest version for you.

I just updated from 1.4.2 to 2.0.2 (C5-8.3.1), and received the same error message "Class does not exist" upon update. From there the pages cannot be edited, with error msg:
An unexpected error occurred.
