Whale slide support

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi there
I am not able to get the whale slider to work. When I upload one image, I see three smaller images side-by-side. The header does not seem to relate to the images either.
Is there an easy fix to this?
kind regards,

Hi there!
Attached is the screenshot. At the moment, I've got an ordinary slider running (which is the top block). The bottom block is supposed to be a whale slider :-).
thanks so much for any help!

I checked almost any possible scenarios, yet couldn't recreate something like that in my localhost. Could you send me your site credential via private msg, so I can take a look?
& are you planning to use both sliders in a page?

Hi Elizabeth,
As I see, the active theme of your site is not "Pixel". You have to activate the theme first, then place the slider in the "Slider Area".
