Whale slider thin image on mobile view

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi, I am using on my ftrontpage the Whale slider with a whole page photo like here:
http://pixel.killerwhalesoft.com/pages/home-1...
I don't have video, just one big slide image like on slide two.

When you look at this page on mobile, the slider image scales down correctly but it is just a very thin 20px high!
You neither can see the text on slide.

Is this fixable?

Here's a screenshot from my iPhone (second slide from pagehttp://pixel.killerwhalesoft.com/pages/home-1)...
On my site the view is exactly similar. Very thin image, slider text not visible. Turning mobile wide mode won't help.

Have you set the height correctly on the block editing UI? Could you send me a live link to check?

I have checked Whale Slider option FULLSCREEN
Image height pixels are left default mode (500/500/400/300/200).
I understood that sentense 'Height values are not considered on fullscreen mode' means that changing these values don't affect the image height when using fullscreen mode.

The site is Coming Soon mode.

If you have full screen option selected then it will not display the picture height correctly on mobile. Uncheck that option.
However the problem I am having is that with full screen unchecked, it loads the picture on mobile and then zooms in and makes the picture useless. What is causing this zoom in issue on mobile?

Update: So from what i can tell the slider does not resize the image or video to be responsive and is only displaying the portion of the image or video allowed on that screen size. This is not very useful on a responsive website, how can we update this?
