Hi Joem,

Are you referring to the banner with text "In C5webdesign we build quality and affordable themes" in Red theme demo?

Thanks,
RJ

Hi Bridget,

Can you give me the link to your website so that I can check.
Also if possible if you can give me temporary access to check on the c5 website.

Thanks,

Hi Bridget,

Sorry for the late response. I didn't received a notification email from c5. Anyhow,
I uninstalled and installed the RED theme so you can now use Red theme by activating it in themes page.

Thanks,
RJ

Hi RJ,
Thank you for the help. Unfortunately I gave up because I didn't hear from you. I deleted everything and started again. Anyway, it was a good exercise ;-).
Now I have 2 questions about the 'red' theme. Please find attached a screenshot...
Thanks Bridget

Hi Bridget,

I'm sorry to hear that. As much I possible I respond to every inquiry every business day.
Anyhow, to answer your questions.

1. In Banner area. Add a content block and in that content block, add a width image and align center.

2. In Banner Text Area. Add content block and add the desired text then add necessary classes by going to Edit HTML Source.

Sample Code from the RED DEMO:

<h1 style="text-align: center;"><span class="banner-text-bg">In <span style="color: #ff002c;">C5webdesign</span> we build</span></h1>
<h1 style="text-align: center;"><span class="banner-text-bg">Quality and Affordable themes</span></h1>
<h1 style="text-align: center;"><span class="banner-text-bg-link"><a href="https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/themes/red/">Buy Now</a></span></h1>

For the Background image just

BANNER TEXT TRANSLUCENT BACKGROUND COLOR
Add class ".banner-text-bg" on your tag. Ex. <span class="banner-text-bg">Quality and Affordable themes</span>
OR
Add class ".banner-text-bg-link" on your tag. Ex. <span class="banner-text-bg-link"><a href="#">Buy Now</a></span>

If you are having a hard time and If you have more questions on the theme just let me know.

Thanks,
RJ

Hi RJ,
Thank you very much for your help. I tried it and it worked :-) But see attached my 'problem'...
and don't worry about the delay. I'm new in this stuff and it was a very good exercise to do everthing again...

Hi Bridget,

You need to add a style. z-index:5; or up to make the logo always on top.

Thanks,
RJ
