Header Nav on the home page

Permalink Browser Info Environment
The header nav (an autonav block with no custom template) displays differently on the home page of my site than on any other page! The font on the home page nav is different and the subpages will not drop down no matter what changes I make to the block. Looking at I_Got_Style.css I can't see any reason why this would be the case. Any advice you can give me on global areas would be most helpful.

Was auto nav added to the "Header Nav" area? If so, there's no reason why it should be different.

Send me a link and maybe we can take a look at it.

Wanted anyone else having issues to know that I was also having glitchy performance issues with the header nav on the "homepage" page type only, and it was apparently due to there being no content in the header area (image, slideshow, etc). Once I put in a slideshow there was no problem at all.

Thanks to Michael at Vivid for solving that problem in just a couple of hours.
