Does Responsive ever go on sale ?

Does Responsive ever get put on sale - like the ones that greet us when we enter our sites and view the 'welcome' screen from the Concrete5 folks ? Just wondering because I would like to buy it and play around with it, but the client is tight on bucks ( being a CDN ) and having to pay the additional difference between the US$ and the CDN$ ? Just asking ;)

I went ahead and bought Responsive... couldn't wait for it to be on sale or one of the featured discounted themes. I do have a question... but I will ask it in another post...
