Thanks for your message.

Contact form within the contracts block is editable in edit mode once logged in as any other blocks.
First thing you have to do is to Add form inputs.
You find everything within the window overlay as in any other block in any of my themes.

Please look deeper, it's all there.
I'm very confident, you'll find and it's going to work.
