I purchased this template from templatemonster myself for a project recently. How are you able to give this away free here (well you actually charge $20). Are you the original designer?

Here is the template monster link:
http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/33383.html...

I just want to be sure if I use yours, or others do, they and or myself wont be subject to any licensing issues from template monster..

Or maybe you got ripped and someone sold it to templatemonster?..

Thanks in advance..

Hey there.

This isn't really using that template, rather than it's an original recreation based on that.

A client I had pointed me to that theme, and asked me to essentially recreate it with a few changes. Additionally, I hand coded the entire theme based on my own original PSD. I had the okay from the client to resell the theme here. What's funny is once I got rid of some of the client changes, it almost back to looking like the original template, which the clients website did not. Haha. So it is what it is. :)

I don't think there is or will be an issue, and if there is or will become one, it would probably fall on me, not the people who have used it.
