How might one go about enabling the special font to appear, for example, for the h1/h2/h3s appearing in the footer?

It seems in this theme, the special font is limited to only the Simple Logo, the top nav, and the main content area. In your other theme, Grain, the special font seemed to be unrestricted in the sense that it appeared wherever the h1/h2/h3 tags were used.
