CTA button alignment

First I would like to thank you for this theme! It is going to work great for our new site.

I have setup four CTA blocks but would like the CTA buttons to be positioned at the bottom of the CTA area so everything is lined up. For the life of me I can't figure out how to do this without the buttons falling to the bottom of the page. Below is a link to our site (work in progress).

The only way to do that, is to either add a fixed height to the divs in the CTA, or have an equal amount of content.
