Can the menu be placed under the slider/header image like in the attached jpg?
If yes, i will buy at least one pack

No, I'm sorry the menu with the theme is exactly as it is in the demo, at the top of the page, not like in your attached picture. If you want a theme menu customised, you could send us your requirements and we could provide a quote for the work. Alternatively, you could post the job on the concrete5 job board and I'm sure someone there could help you out. I don't believe that I have seen a concrete5 theme with the menu below a slider. Our Achillea theme has a menu positioned below the banner, but it isn't possible without customisation to put a slider there.
