NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!

I purchased Salix theme lastnight and hoping i could use it straight away. But all I get was a paypal email for the payment. And the theme is not in my transaction or nowhere to be found in my community transaction, orders or assign license. It's not in my dashboard as well. Please help.

Do you have another concrete5 user name that you could have used to purchase it? I have done this before, so just wondering if that might have happened. If so, you need to login to concrete5.org with the user name that you purchased the theme with. I can't see your username under my recent transactions either. The best thing to do is contact concrete5.org in this instance, as we can't assist in the purchasing of the themes.
