After installing Wildcard SSL, fonts are gone.
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi, we are hosted on SiteGround and recently installed WildCard SSL through their site. The site now defaults to https:// correctly, but the font has defaulted to Times. Is there any way to restore the fonts as they were prior to this?

Hello,
Please ignore my first answer. I have read your query again, and realise you are using an older theme which used http instead of https. This may have been the problem.
In the less file of the theme colour you are using (e.g. blue.less if you are using the Blue theme) change the font path to https like below:
The file is located in the Seren package here:
seren\themes\seren\css\build\fonts
Please download this file to make the above changes, and upload the modified file.
Let us know how you get on.
Thanks, Jennifer

This solution did not change the fonts, still defaulting to Times. Can you provide another solution?
Hi
If I’m looking at the right website (I’ll pm you with the link), I can see that the CSS shows the fonts are being imported with http, not https.
If you have followed the instructions above and changed the correct file, it may be that the changes are not shown as the CSS is cached. You can try clearing your cache. You can turn off Theme CSS cache (Dashboard > System and Settings > Cache and Speed Settings) if it is on.
https://documentation.concrete5.org/editors/dashboard/system-and-mai...
Then clear cache (Dashboard > System and Settings > Clear cache)
https://documentation.concrete5.org/editors/dashboard/system-and-mai...
and then turn Theme CSS cache back on again (Dashboard > System and Settings > Cache and Speed Settings).
If the font still isn’t showing and you have changed the correct file and cleared cache, it may be that the CSS hasn’t compiled with the changes. Sometimes you have to select a different theme colour in the design panel (e.g. red) and save it, then choose your colour again (e.g. default) in order to get the changes to show.
Click on the cog icon in the top left of the toolbar > Design > Customise > Under preset choose a different colour > save changes > Entire Site. Then repeat but choose your theme colour. Styles can get cached and this seems to do the trick.
if you do find you need to switch the theme colours in the design panel make a note of any changes you have made previously (if any) to the default style settings. When you change the theme colour in the design panel, changes made there will be lost and revert to the original style settings.
Thanks, Jennifer

In the less file of the theme colour you are using (e.g. blue.less if you are using the Blue theme) change the font path by deleting https like this:
The file is located in the Seren package here:
seren\themes\seren\css\build\fonts
Please download this file to make the above changes, and upload the modified file.
We will make this change in the next theme update.
Thanks, Jennifer
