Hello,

I can see that you purchased this theme yesterday and have 6 support tickets raised. I will try to answer all of your questions, but from the tone of your emails I think that you seem unhappy with this theme. Rather than you persisting with a theme that does not suit your needs, I am happy to provide you with a refund if you request.

I would also suggest that you read the documentation here if you haven't already:

http://seren.pilipalawebdesign.com/index.php/documentation...

It is also in your Seren package folder as a pdf file.

You may want to check the instructions again to ensure that you have installed the package correctly. Also, please ensure that your concrete5 is installed correctly and that other themes work on your installation.

When you say that changes do not publish, you may want to check your cache settings. In concrete5, sometimes changes are cached. You can clear your cache, and also turn off all caching while developing (remember to turn it back on when you are finished developing your website).

See these links here about caching:

http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/using-concrete5-7/dashboard/...
http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/using-concrete5-7/dashboard/...

To access cache settings go to Dashboard > System and settings and look under "optimisation"

Thanks,

Jennifer
