Seren Banner Image not sticking

Permalink Browser Info Environment
The Seren Banner Image will not display on the Contacts page.
It seems to keep the configuration in the page attributes but fails to show the image on the actual page.

Before you ask... "Yes" - I did clear the cache.

Also, My site has user profiles enabled and your theme is set in the app.php for all the member areas. The Seren Banner Image does not display on the any of the Member pages.

There is no contacts page in the Seren theme. Just wondering if you are trying to select a "contact" page template from another theme, or do you mean that you are using another page template from Seren for your contact page in your site?

I find when selecting an attribute on 5.7 you wonder where you are supposed to go to close the attributes window. Have you tried clicking on the pencil on the page and clicking "Publish Changes"? I realise that sounds silly but sometimes changes don't reflect right away.

Does your attributes screen look like attached?

Failing that, have you got any more info you can send - a link or something? I haven't run across this problem before.

The "Contact" page and Attribute page (screen clips) are attached.
I was using another theme but have uninstalled it and changed the app.php over to yours.

'theme_paths'         => array(
        '/dashboard'        => 'dashboard',
        '/dashboard/*'      => 'dashboard',
        '/account'          => 'seren',
        '/account/*'        => 'seren',
        '/members'          => 'seren',
        '/members/*'        => 'seren',
        '/install'          => VIEW_CORE_THEME,
        '/login'            => 'seren',
        '/register'         => 'seren',
        '/maintenance_mode' => VIEW_CORE_THEME,
        '/upgrade'          => VIEW_CORE_THEME

Looks like you were maybe using the Vedana Header Image attribute? This is not a Seren attribute. The one you need for Seren is "Seren Banner Image" under Seren Set in attributes.

The docs explain the banner area here:

Or in the Seren documentation folder, under the heading "Banner".

ha ha - no problem. Sometimes it is easy to miss the simple things because we are looking for more complicated reasons. Good luck with your project :)
