Navigation X - animation

I think that default navigation "icon-bar" is boring.
Can you update or guidance how to add correctly navigation "click" animation there?

i can easily change icon and animation work, but collapse action doesn't work.

this is solved. my misstep, i edited the wrong less file. now it works fine.
