Mobile nav displaying on non-mobile devices

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Please help. We (angelsofassisi.org) continue to have problems with the mobile version of the navigation randomly appearing on non-mobile devices. I've tried everything regarding your suggestion to play with cache settings and it is still a big problem. Is there a way to just turn off mobile code, until you put out a update fixing this. Also, I'm getting a lot of people asking me WHEN this will be fixed in an update and I'm not able to give them answer. Becoming a big problem. Thank you.

Di you have re-apply the custom template 'silence nav' on the main nav ?
