For example, "Recent Sermons" and "Archives Sermons" are related. So maybe, just make a "sermons" page with the recent sermons on it, then make "archived sermons" a subpage.
Make an About page, and move Worship Service, What's Happening and Contact under there. This is what many larger sites do, is properly organize the site in terms of hierarchy. Hopefully that helps.
