Some blocks not loading content

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I have made some edits to the site and built a few page, but when I log out and view the site as a guest, a number of blocks are not appearing?
Inspecting the code the areas where the auto nav should be are empty? This is the same in the footer, a number of blocks are missing.
I have made tweaks to the template so I am concerned I have deleted something important.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have turned all the caching to off and have tried entering each block and saving it but still no luck. Hopefully its something obvious!?
I have attached screenshots of the page when logged in and when viewing as a guest user.
