C5 Account Download issues

Hi,
We have below queries:
1. Admin Demo: Can you please provide a pre- trial of admin view of supermint?
2. We have two environments Dev and Prod, do we have to buy two licenses/tools?
3. Is it possible to use the single instance on local site? We have purchased the license, when we try to download the package it is saying "An error occurred while downloading the package." Is it necessary that only the owner install the tool?
4. Can we use the single instance for both DEV and Prod?

1. Unfortunately not. Don't worry, it's the best from concrete5 Marketplace !
2. Did you need to instal two concrete5 site ? Two url ? If yes, you need two licences.
3. What did you meen bye "only the owner" ? This error doesn't seems normal. Can you check at your php log ?
4. Yes ! What is the different between two ?

Hi Sebastien,
The Dev and Prod environments are going to be same environments.
We are planning on doing all development on DEV then once final we will push the code on production site.
Ideally we should not need a license for a development website right?

The issue comes when we try to install it on the community connected project "concret_test".
Its not yet hosted as we wanted to try on local setup.
Can we transfer this license to another website(Dev or prod)?
