Migration from SuperMint 2 to SuperMint 3

Permalink Browser Info Environment

I want to upgrade to the latest concrete5, however SuperMint 2 doesn't support higher version than 5.6.

Is there a <safe> way to migrate my website from SuperMint 2 to SuperMint 3?..
