Installing the Biz Wiz Theme

** When upgrading from 5.4x we recommend you make a copy of all the files in your website to a new directory, edit your [new_directory]/config/site.php file and install a new copy of your database so you have a completely seperate copy of your website.  Upgrade the new site to 5.5x and test themes and Add Ons for compatibility problems. **

***** Upgrading from Concrete 5.4x to 5.5x *****

If you were using a Scrapbook for your on a 5.4 site, you will need to create Stack named 'Logo' and duplicate the content you had in the Scrapbook.

Your Header Nav will also need to be copied into the 'Header Nav' Global Area Stack

Biz Wiz will install automatically as package from the Concrete5 Marketplace and can be added from Dashboard - Add Functionality, once that is done you need to activate it from Dashboard- Pages and Themes

If you downloaded the file you can copy all the files in the archive (the biz_wiz directory) to your packages directory then install from Dashboard - Add Functionality and then activating the theme from Dashboard- Pages and Themes.

You can also install manually to your themes directory by copying the themes/biz_wiz directory to the themes directory of your Concrete5 installation.

Once installed and activated your site will display the Clouds Theme.  If you had loaded the sample content when you installed Concrete5 you will see the Main and Sidebar content. If you had loaded the sample data when you installed Concrete5 you will see the Main and Sidebar content on the home page.  This Central Area is fluid and the background will automatically scale depending on the amount of content in the Main and Sidebar areas.

The menu is a standard Auto Nav block using the Header Menu template that comes with Concrete5.

Basic styling is included for menus in the left or right sidebar.

The Biz Wiz logo on the top left is /images/logo.png You can change this image for your own logo. If this file is deleted the Site Name as defined in the Dashboard will be displayed. You can also create an Image Block in a Stack named 'Logo' to replace the logo on all pages on your site and a File/Image Page Attribute 'logo' can be used on any page and that image will replace the logo.

The 3 lower columns will be empty, you will need to enter edit mode to add content to them.  These columns are fixed height, you can only put as much content in as space allows.

The folio page can be used to highlight special feature or items on a site.  The 3 images are themes/biz-wiz/images/folio-image1.jpg, folio-image2.jpg and folio-image3.jpg.  You can also set page attributes ‘folio-image1‘, ‘folio-image2‘ and ‘folio-image3‘ to change these images on a page to page basis.  These areas are fluid, if text is added the height of the box will change requiring changes to the background image.  If you wish to lock all three boxes to the same height you can adjust the min-height value in main.css (#page #central .folioImage)  or use a Page Attribute ‘folio_height‘ to change the image area from page to page.
