request refund

How do I formally request a refund? I am not finding the "request refund" link like on some support pages. I purchased this theme in July with the expectation that is was fully responsive for use on devices, which I only now have discovered it has not been all this time. From devices the user can not access the parent navigation pages and I am not capable of patching code. but, i am looking forward to foundation 5 as a replacement to solve the issue.

You purchased the theme in July 2014 and have been using it. This is not covered by the refund policy.

The issue you refer to is a minor deficiency in the version of Foundation 4 framework available when the theme was built some time ago. It is otherwise a fully responsive theme.

As pointed out, there is a remedy, which involves substituting in code from a later release of the Version 4 framework, as covered in the Venture support/discussion forum.

We will not be making that change since the foundation framework has moved on to version 5 and beyond, and our focus is on concrete5 5.7 development, with which the Venture theme package is not compatible.

You are welcome to try Foundation 5, but you would need to purchase it.

Yes, I have been using it since July on my Mac, trusting that it was functioning as fully responsive on other devices. I purchased an ipad recently to take with me overseas so that I can maintain the site while there. It wasn't until I tried to practice working with the ipad that I discovered it will not navigate properly but also I discovered it will not allow edits (I only get code formats in the edit mode, nothing else). I now realize that I can not use this theme as fully responsive....unless of course i spend more time and energy (maybe pay someone) trying to figure out how to fix the code in from another frame work as you recommend. (step by step instructions would be helpful in my case, because the example in the forums seems more for advanced users who understand already how to tweak code.) I am disappointed and frustrated because our site users on devices have not been able to access certain pages all this time without my knowing! Otherwise I would have been able to request a refund sooner. I understand you are working hard on the newer version of C5, but I still feel that your Venture clients who are not comfortable or tech savvy (like me) tweaking codes, should be considered for a refund or at least an exchange to one of your products thats "responsiveness" is working properly "out of the box". The fact that the theme requires adjusting code to solve the issue was not part of the market place description. thanks for hearing me out.
