Unable to arrange blocks on any page within theme

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello,

I am unable to arrange blocks within any of the pages of the site: sanataria-cincy.org. I have tried to follow some emailed instructions including this comment:

"By the sounds of it you have copy and pasted block from global areas - there is a known bug in concrete5 that can cause the issues you are seeing. To fix this you would need to remove the blocks from the affected areas and publish the page. then add a content block and publish once more. Finally remove this block, publish and then rebuild the content as you like."

However, this did not correct the problem. I am unsure how to proceed.

Thanks for the help.

Marvin

Is your issue that you can not move blocks around the page, or that you have inconsistencies between your published page an what you have saved?

If you could please give us some further information, so that we may offer some support then that would be great. If you private message us a url and a login with more info then w can take a look.
