problog output template

Hi All,
I was wondering if there's a way to update problog pages with the changes one makes on the main template for those pages.
For example, I went into the template output and added a pagelist block. however it is not showing up on older post made before that template change.
Ideas?

You can use the "Setup on Child Pages" option to set these up on pages that already exist.

Where you are adding things to the template output, if you click the block it should be there.
