Possible to schedule pages display times/dates?
I am working with C5 to hopefully migrate a number of nonprofit websites that I currently support in Joomla. One feature that we use that I believe is absent from C5 is the ability to post a page/story (page/block) by time and/or date.
I.e. we have a holdiay party coming up. A big front page blurb about it is written, and scheduled to display from 12/1 to 12/31. This way updates can be scheduled and no one has to actually "remember" to take them down. (this is a common problem for shoe-string nonprofits).
If I have missed it somehow, please point me to it.
The only other thing we are looking for is a web calendar (events calendar) with an event-list block (Upcoming events).
Thanks for what looks to be a great product.

OK, I enabled advanced perms, as noted here:

and still I only see the normal permissions tab, with the limited options. Anything else I should have to do?

right here (see attachmetn)
I only get the basic panel. I added the line to /config/site.php
I logged out and back in, etc. I still only get the basic permissions. I am using the latest stable version 5.2.0

you're still in simple permissions mode for some reason.
perhaps clear site cache in dashboard/settings/debug... perhaps something else didn't get done? dunno.

Thanks for the help so far. I cleared cache, and re-wrote the site.php again. Not sure why it would be stuck in basic mode. Is this known to be working in 5.2.0?
yeah totally has been working for years. something is screwy with yer setup.
Is there a way to save edits without publishing them?
Also, my main site and addon domains are exhibiting the same "problem" of not getting the drop down for advanced permissions when editing a page. I'm hosted on bluehost and C5 was installed via a script.
Is there anything that I can suggest to bluehost to possibly fix this issue? Do you know what part of the system controls this particular option?

hit preview instead of save, whatever it is.
Yeah, when I translated c5 into Japanese, I was a little confused about "Preview".
So my Japanese translation... I put "Save as Draft/Preview".
Maybe we should do the same for the English.

Preview perhaps isn't the best term, I like yours :)
