Page missing from Site Map

I have a page at:
http://spinultimate.com/academy/register1...
or
http://spinultimate.com/academy/index.php?cID=131...
This page exists but I cannot load it on my sitemap, flat list, or page search. It doesn't show up in the autonav.
I had some issues because I was trying to get this to be /register instead and there was another page I had deleted with that path name. Anyway, at some point while doing these changes this page vanished. How do I get it back in the site map, or at least somewhere where concrete5 admits it exists?

This gave me edit mode on the page and I was able to edit its properties and paths and save it. When I did this it put it back on the sitemap and nav.
HOWEVER, it still won't let me use /register for a path! If I look in the database there's an old page that used /register. It doesn't throw an error, it just saves, when when I go back into it to look it's changed back to /register1.
