File Sets empty after upgrade to 5.6

I recently updated my site to 5.6.3.1 from 5.5.4.2. The upgrade seemed to go well.

Now, in my File Manager, I can see the various uploaded files, but when I filter by file set, all my sets are empty. In looking at the database, the FileSetFiles table still has the appropriate set ID's -- I can trace the keys from file to set. However, the UI isn't displaying any of these associations.

I was able to revert back to 5.5.4.2, and I have my file sets back. However, in each testing environment I've tried to upgrade from that point, I again lose my file sets. (Again, in the UI but apparently not in the DB)

I haven't been able to find any posts with this exact issue, so I have a bad feeling that it may be something on my end, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I was able to figure it out - I had the same issue with the File Uploader permissions interfering with the search. When I deleted that filter, the sets were populated. It is weird that unlike people with the same issue, I was able to see my files in the file manager, just not when I filtered by set.
