Site moved to new server and major issues

Hi all,
My client was unhappy with the speed of their shared hosting so they called the hosting company and had the site moved to a new server. The site is now broken - whenever you click on a link you get a "no input file specified" error message. I get the same error message when I log into the dashboard. The dashboard login screen comes up fine, but when I enter the username and password I get the "no input file specified" error message. Can anyone tell me what's going on and how to fix it? The hosting company (cheap-domains.com) told me it was an htacess file issue but I'm clueless here.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Okay so I found a thread where someone was having the same exact problem, and choose a best answer.

http://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/installation/no-input-fil...

The how to that was selected is here

Hope this helps you, as there are several unsolved threads regarding this, and multiple reasons you could be getting the error including that the install can take 24 - 48 hours to properly propagate, and it may just not be all there yet.

I am really happy it worked for you. The thanks belongs to Mnakalay for his great how-to, and the amount of work put in to the full documentation of pretty much everything by the Concrete community in general. :)
