Concrete5 login on this website of mine isnt loading on google chrome. It isnt working on any device i use. it will not display the login page any ideas on how to fix this????

I am not sure what is going on with the login, but I want to bring another issue to your attention.
On both websites you listed, the images being used are many times larger than necessary and have not been optimized.
This is causing your web sites to load very slowly.
Here is an example from your homepage on ppctherapy.com:

current size: 2.35 MB
cropped and optimized size: 52.9 KB
I attached the cropped and optimized versions. If you backup your images, then replace them, you will see a huge speed increase.
