Locked out of my site

Hi guys, hoping you can help

I recently installed c5 updates on my site, since then I have been able to log in in any way since.

And keep getting this error message

Class'Concrete\Package\CcOptinFree\CcOptin'notfound

Any help appreciated

can you visit the dashboard directly ?
site/index.php/dashboard or

This issue has been reported by other users of Opt-In Free 5.7 - Pop-ups & Slide-ins.

"Yes, you can restore the site by going to the "Packages" table in the database and deleting the opt-in row. When I've released the new version you can install it again as before."
