Add menu item but not page

If I didn't say it before I'll say it now... Accordion Menu is a GREAT add-on and it's really made my site spiffy! Thanks!
I'm wondering if it's possible to add a menu item that goes to a separate (external) link instead of to a page on my site? I've looked for an answer to this but can't find anything.
