Odd map display error
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
I have a map in a stack and when I display it on a page it does not show styling or markers. However, if I login as admin it displays fine. The same map added to the clipboard and then added to a page display fine when not logged in. Appears to be an issue using the map in a stack?
Thanks
Phil

Hi,
If I modify the block (in the stack) as you suggest then the problem is resolved. However, I then am unable to edit the block in the stack as the edit dialogue does not appear. I cant even delete the block in the stock, curious

Any further feedback on this issue?
Hm, can you attach picture please? Sounds like a bug in C5 then, not sure how disabling a cache is related to ability of editing block.
Hi,
MessageI am not sure that attaching a picture would help. What happens is that after changing the cache settings when you click the block to edit, a blue progress bar runs across the top of the screen until it reaches within .5 cm (1/4 inch)of the end and and then nothing happens - no pop dialogue box. Then if you reset the caching it still will not edit. What happens then is blue progress bar just moves along from the left by about 5 cms (2 inches) and then stops.
I suspect you are right in that it is something to do with C5. Currently, I am saving new map additions to a block on a test page then copying to clipboard and swopping it into the stack. Tedious.
Thanks
Phil

it seems it has something to do with caching. Disabling cache for this block solves the issue. Could you try clicking on the block (not stack), then click "advanced" and follow the file attached.
