Can't Delete Elements

Permalink Browser Info Environment
JZ/JB,

I struggling with the bugs in this. I've got a large survey to put out there and I've spent a lot of time getting it to this point but I'm really struggling with some elements.

Most challenging right now and most weirdly - the block won't let me delete elements of the survey.

It's happening with both groups and questions. Questions I have a workaround of saving after every single delete (very time consuming) but groups won't disappear at all. I delete them, save, go back in and they're back again.

The survey isn't usable yet and I'm getting frustrated - please help.

You can find my current survey out there atwww.www.robinhallhr.com/powerupyourpeople....

PS. I'm still waiting on another glitch with reporting.

Hi

Did you turn on your C5 Cache? If yes, I suggest you clear it out every after save of the block chances are you are still seeing the old data because it's being cached by C5. Also are you using Cloudflare or some caching application (other than C5)?

Thanks JZ. I've now disabled the cache and it's showing the changes as they happen.
