If you're looking to add an ad block to a bunch of pages at one time you can add it to your page type defaults, then click setup on child pages.

You can't do it from the sitemap unless you go into each page then edit those pages..

For example: the image block allows you to select an image from the file manager on-page... Does the Ad Server allow you to select a page in the sitemap and make it arrive to it when the ad is clicked?

Ahh, no it doesn't. You would just use the full url of the page. Most folks were directing traffic to other sites as apposed to an page on the same site.
