Can the ad server be configured to anything besides stacking?

The current ad server seems to be pre-configured to stack ads up to accommodate the left or right frame layouts. Is there anyway to modify the server to show ads side-by-side? or in a table type setup?

Also, when more than one instance of the ad server is present on the page, the C5 system seems to randomly stack these instances regardless of how or when they were added to the page. Is this a known bug or am I missing something?

You would be able to do this with css. You'd add this to your theme: 

<? ?>
<style>
div.advertisement {float: left; margin:4px;}
</style>


Then ads that don't take up the full width would sit side by side.
