Fatal error

I am having trouble adding this to a site, I get this error; Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'ADODB_Exception' when I try and add it to a page!

Any ideas?

Yep I'm getting the same error message when I use this. It's such a shame =( really wanted to use it cos it looks so cool!

I have no idea how to fix it so I've posted the question to the main forum, will post updates here.

I am having trouble with the rating system as well. I have attached a couple screen shots of the errors I am getting. Has anyone figured out what is causing it yet?

I know what the problem is but anyone know how to contact the author? If not I will fix it myself and repost it. I welcome peoples thoughts

ok I have fixed it and also made a few minor cosmetic changes in the process. Fixed spelling errors code issues etc.
But how do I repost it into the market place? I have tried contacting the author with no success. Can I report it as the same name? I doubt I can as I dont own it. Admins any thoughts?

Hey i saw you had fix the fatal error problem in the rating addon.

Can you share it to me? would really need it in my new project.

just go into the packages > jj_star_rating > models > rating.php and edit.

replace all instances of btJjStarRatingVotes2 with btJjStarRatingVotes save and it works 5.4.1.1 good luck
