Croping being a problem

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi

Is it just me or are others having trouble creating an image in a fixed size.

Many designs need the images to be a fixed size, like a topbanner or some other images that need to stay the same size.

In the "old days" using Picnik, it was posible to set the crop size, but here you can only select presets or custom, and custom does not seem to show the size.

I have seen in the dokumentation, that you can create your own preset sizes, and that would help and I could then have one for topbanner, sideimages etc... But does anyone know how to add your own presets

Please advice

Hi again

I found the solution myself ;-)

I have added the "cropPresets:" values in the Instantiate Feather, and it works... Maybe a good idea to add to the settings in future releases, so admin can setup the needed sizes ??

<!-- Instantiate Feather -->
<script type="text/javascript">
var _html='';
var featherEditor = new Aviary.Feather({
apiKey: '<?php echo $api_key;?>',
apiVersion: 2,
tools: '<?php echo $tools; ?>',
url: '<?php echo $url;?>',
cropPresets: [
['Topbanner', '940x230'],
['annoncer', '225x150'],
'Original',
['Square', '1:1'],
'Custom',
'3:2', '3:5', '4:3', '4:6', '5:7', '8:10', '16:9'
],
