Won't save image

Hi there
I've read the other posts on here to do with this issue but I think mine is dissimilar - you hit save, it says your work has been saved and presents you with 'Resume', 'Close' or 'Get this editor'. Obviously I go to click close to get the file manager up, and when I do, a completely blank popup window comes up with this URL:
and the 'Edit' dialog window just turns blank (and doesn't close).
Help!? :(

This is the first time I've heard of this problem, so I'm not sure what
it could be. Would you be able to create a temporary login to your site
so that I could debug the problem?
